MULTIPLIER EVENTS

In May, the Path to Success partnership successfully organised a series of multiplier events, with one event held in each partner country: Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Poland as it follows:

• Discussion on career guidance methodology – Spark Foundation – Poland – 15 May 2026;
• Career guidance in youth work – Youthfully Yours – Slovakia – 19 May 2026;
• Inclusion of Young People through Career Guidance- ZPTM Brezice – Slovenia – 20 May 2026:
• Final Conference – Asociatia Be You – 15 May 2026.

The events brought together youth workers, teachers, career counsellors, job advisors, young people, NGOs, employers and other relevant stakeholders to present and explore the project results, exchange experiences and discuss the challenges and opportunities emerging from a rapidly changing labour market.

Participants had the opportunity to discover the project’s tools, including the Handbook with good practices, Career Counselling Program, Job Interview Card Game and Training Toolkit, and reflect on how these resources can support young people in developing their employability skills and preparing for their future careers.

The multiplier events enabled the partnership to engage new stakeholders, strengthen existing cooperation networks and extend the project’s impact beyond the initial target groups.
They also provided valuable opportunities to promote the practical use of the project results among professionals and young people, contributing to the wider adoption of innovative career guidance approaches and supporting more young people on their path to success.
